SambaNova is available through AWS Marketplace for enterprise customers, letting you consolidate billing through your existing AWS account.
SambaNova is not currently available as a self-serve AWS Marketplace listing, and searching AWS Marketplace for “SambaNova” returns no SambaNova products. Access is arranged as a private offer through enterprise procurement, so start by contacting the SambaNova team below.

Who this is for

This page serves two roles, and they’re usually different people.
  • Buyers negotiate terms with SambaNova and accept the private offer in the AWS Marketplace console. Start with Prerequisites.
  • Developers write code against the SambaNova API. You don’t have to wait for procurement to finish. Skip to Start building while procurement runs.

Prerequisites

Before you contact SambaNova, have the following ready.
  • The AWS account ID that should receive the offer. AWS extends private offers to specific account IDs that you designate, so SambaNova can’t send an offer without one.
  • Someone who can accept the offer in that account. Accepting a private offer is a procurement or billing action, not a developer one. The simplest way to grant it is the AWS managed policy AWSMarketplaceManageSubscriptions, which carries the three actions this takes: aws-marketplace:ViewSubscriptions, aws-marketplace:Subscribe, and aws-marketplace:Unsubscribe. Give your AWS administrator that policy name rather than a list of actions.
  • Your expected usage. The models you plan to call and your expected monthly volume. Private offer pricing is negotiated, so this drives your terms.
  • Your networking and region requirements. If your traffic can’t cross the public internet, raise it during procurement. See AWS PrivateLink for what SambaCloud supports today. Region availability is set by the seller for any AWS Marketplace product, not by AWS, so ask your SambaNova contact which Regions the offer covers rather than looking for a list in the AWS documentation.
If you use AWS Organizations with consolidated billing, you can accept a private offer from either the management account or a member account, and accepting from the management account lets you share the offer with member accounts. One catch worth planning around: member accounts that were already subscribed to the product must each accept the new offer themselves, so a renewal or a re-negotiated offer is not automatically inherited. See Private offers in AWS Marketplace in the AWS Marketplace Buyer Guide.

Benefits of SambaNova on AWS Marketplace

  • Simplified procurement – Consolidate SambaNova usage into your existing AWS billing without separate contracts or invoicing.
  • Enterprise-grade AI – Access SambaNova’s high-performance inference optimized for production workloads.
  • Flexible deployment – Scale usage up or down to match your organization’s evolving demands.

Pricing

SambaNova doesn’t publish AWS Marketplace pricing, because private offer terms are negotiated per customer. Ask for a quote through the contact link below. Once you accept an offer, your SambaNova usage appears as AWS Marketplace line items on your regular AWS bill rather than as a separate SambaNova invoice.

How you get your SambaNova API key

The private offer covers contract and billing terms. It doesn’t generate credentials, and your API key doesn’t appear in the AWS console. Keys are created in the SambaCloud portal.
  1. Confirm with your SambaNova contact how your account will be provisioned once the offer is accepted, and which users should have access.
  2. Sign in to cloud.sambanova.ai.
  3. Generate a key in the API section of the SambaCloud portal. Save it when it’s shown, because you can’t view it again.
See API keys and URLs for base URLs and endpoints.

Start building while procurement runs

Procurement runs on its own timeline, and nothing about the AWS Marketplace path changes the API. Code you write against SambaCloud today keeps working after your offer is accepted, so you don’t need to wait.

Troubleshooting

This is expected. There’s no public SambaNova listing to find, so search results won’t include one. Request a private offer through sambanova.ai/contact.
Accepting the offer doesn’t provision credentials on its own. Generate a key in the SambaCloud portal. If you can’t sign in or your account doesn’t have API access yet, contact your SambaNova representative or email help@sambanova.ai.
